Dispatch & Delivery Time

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Packages are typically dispatched within 2 business days after we receive your payment. Delivery times within the EU vary depending on the destination country, but we always aim for the fastest possible service.

Special Personal Delivery Service

As a premium option for larger orders, we offer personal delivery directly to your address using our company vehicle. This service is available for Czechia and select neighboring countries.

  • Czechia (CZ):

    • Free for orders over 20,000 CZK.

    • 499 CZK fee for orders under 20,000 CZK.

    • Deliveries are scheduled once per week.

  • Austria (AT), Germany (DE), Poland (PL), & Slovakia (SK):

    • Free for orders over 20,000 CZK.

    • 799 CZK fee for orders under 20,000 CZK.

    • Deliveries are scheduled once per month.

Carriers & Tracking

We ship our packages using reputable couriers (e.g., DPD, Packeta, DHL Express) to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

  • Standard Delivery: Our standard shipping includes online tracking. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking link via email, allowing you to follow your package's journey to your doorstep. This service typically does not require a signature upon delivery.
  • Signature Required: If you prefer a delivery option that requires a signature, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options and any additional costs.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees cover handling, professional packaging, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary based on the total weight and destination of the shipment. To save on shipping, we strongly recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will be applied to each individual order.

Packaging & Care

Your items are our priority. We take special care to protect all products, especially fragile objects. Your items will be packed securely in appropriately sized, durable boxes with ample protective material to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please refer to our terms-and-conditions-of-use for detailed information on the process, including the 14-day withdrawal right for consumers. Our goal is to make the return process as smooth as possible.
